Job Description

The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for Implementing of  the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy. Responsible to lead strategically the HR& Administration activity of the company

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATION & EXPRIANCE: MA or BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Leadership, Management

  • 08/10 years of relevant working experience out of which 4/6 years ‘experience in managerial position preferably in construction/ real estate sector
  • Proven Experience on Training and Development;
  • Good exposure of modern human resource management system implementation
  • Excellent Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and its application

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Excellent Managerial & Supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of relevant Computer System and software such as MS office applications and other HR software
  • Excellent language proficiency in Amharic & English
