Job Description

The Radisson Blu hotel Addis Ababa is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager. The postholder will be responsible for all marketing and communications throughout the hotel. They will be responsible for all hotel social media accounts. They will be working under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing. 

Job Requirements

Required qualifications and competencies:

  • BA degree in Marketing or related fields from a well- recognized university or college
  • Proven record of good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proactive and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to assess the market and work to increase the hotel’s share of business
  • Excellent IT skills including web design
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar marketing role, experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
