We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Travel and Relocations Services Manager within HR Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Detailed Description

Reporting to the Property and Facilities Lead, the role holder will be responsible for:

Managing end to end travel services for both local and international travelers including transfers, accommodation, MICE, training and related travel platforms

Manage end to end domestic and international re-locations services for staff, consultants, secondees and expats including utility management and related Policies, Processes and Procedures and SLAs compliance, Stakeholder’s liaison, Supplier performance evaluations, Budget and Reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain highest quality of travel services through travel partners and travel booking platforms for local and international travelers
  • Manage end to end domestic re-locations of staff in the office and home
  • Manage end to end international re-locations for all staff members including expats, assignees and Consultants
  • Manage both domestic and international re-locations and logistics vendors including the removals
  • Ensure all property and items of relocating staff are fully identified, insured and secured during re-locations
  • Liaise with HR, on-boarding and security teams prior, during and after relocating a client
  • Customer relations and concierge services for the relocating staff in line with the domestic and international re-locations policy and Total reward policy
  • Liaise with various stakeholders with facilities maintenance engineers, security hospitality and technology teams while supporting a residential/housing acquisition and settlement
  • Establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate.
  • Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization.
  • Approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma Travel or Logistics, fleet management or a business-related course from an accredited college or university
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position within customer relations, concierge, travel services, domestic or international relocations and inbound and outbound logistics
  • Innovative and creative abilities
  • A valid driving license
  • Presentation and Conceptual skills are essential
  • Good communications, interpersonal and listening skills
  • A ‘Can Do’ attitude to drive results and get the job done on time and to the customers’ satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other software relevant to Relocation Services Management
  • Applies Health& Safety policy, structures and systems to ensure the business delivers a safe working environment
