A teacher who applies for a teaching vacant position has to fulfill the following criteria.

• He/she has to be a graduate from government University in MA or MSc/Med in the teaching profession or followed the PGDT with CGPA 3.5 and above for Male, 3.25 and above for Female
• Their first degree should be in a similar field graduated from a government university with CGPA 3.25 and above for male; 3.25 and above for female
• He she should have experiences not less than 5 years in teaching in secondary schools (9.12) and total experience not exceeding 15 years
• He/she has to have the average recent two years performance evaluation
• He/she should be misconduct/ misbehavior (records of absentee from class unfriendly students, inability to adjust team work, lack of reflecting professionalism) and free of any addiction (chat. Cigarettes alcohol and similar)
