Education: First degree in Management, Accounting or related fields

Experience: 1 year relevant experience.

Competency:

• Knowledge of HRM principles and practices
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of the labor law and company HRM policies and procedures
• Knowledge of induction and training programs coordination
• Oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer application skills
