- Follow company safety, hygiene and quality rules
- Ensure adherence with HD policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
- Follow proper standard HD archiving procedure and ensure fleet documents archiving done
- Centralize and handle vehicle maintenance at CO level
- Prepare and compile monthly fleet reports
- Analyses monthly fleet report provide feedback to area manager
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of fleet and vehicle service cost for management.
- Conduct technical inspection and ensure road worthiness of the vehicle before deploying to the sales.
- Conduct tests, assessments and train of new vehicle and prepare preventive maintenance service plan.
- Ensure conducting of scheduled preventive maintenance service for HD vehicles
- Follow-up and execute regular preventive maintenance plan for each vehicle.
- Record any vehicle maintenance service with plate number and KM.
- Follow-up the rental vehicles service time and report
- Change oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter of vehicle with based on running KM and record.
- Check the vehicle spare part stock and order before service time reached
- Follow-up and resolve issues related to vehicle
- Follow -up the movement of vehicle with fleet planner and report weekly bases
- Follow-up the day-to-day fleet activities in collaboration the fleet planner and sales officer.
- Optimize vehicle travel root
- Repair vehicle Breakdown on the road and report
- Do BD analysis for a breakdown maintenance of Vehicle
- Use the HD Vehicle technical issues plat form to report any issues related to vehicle
- Rnsure the quality of the report before submission
- Analyze vehicles fuel consumption litter per KM and report
- Follow-up and resolved issue related to vehicle rental service providers
- Handling Bolo and insurance cases of vehicle
- Handling any issues related to vehicle
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree logistics and Automotive Engineering or related field with 3 year’s experience .
- Diploma(TVET level IV) Logistics and Auto or related field with more than 3 years’ experience
- Experience of working as logistics officer
- Good communication and Organizational skill
- Multi tasking skill
- Computer skill especially in Excel and use of email
- Able to analyze information, prioritize and take decisions and responsibilities for those decisions.
