- የትምህርት ደረጃ: 10ኛ እና 12ኛ ያጠናቀቀ በቴክኒክ እና ሙያ ዲፕሎማ ፤ ደረጃ-3 እና ደረጃ-4 ያለው
- ተፈላጊ የስራልምድ: ከሶስት (3) አመት ከዛ በላይ በሙያው ያገለገለ
ተፈላጊ ችሎታ:
