- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃ: በሁለተኛ/በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በአካውንቲንግ/ፋይናንሽያል ማኔጅመንት እና ተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ
- ተፈላጊ የሥራ ልምድ: ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ 10 ዓመት ለመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ 12 ዓመት አግባብ ያለው የሥራ ልምድ ያለውና በኃላፊነት የሥራ መደብ ላይ 4 ዓመት የሰራ
- ተፈላጊ ችሎታ: የአመራር ስልጠና የወሰደ
