Job Description

We are looking for an organized secretary to perform administrative tasks as well as welcome guests and clients to the office. The secretary is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and scheduling meetings.

To be successful as a secretary, you must be able to multitask. A good secretary has excellent interpersonal skills as well as administrative experience.

Secretary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients.
  • Answer phone calls. Respond to emails.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Print and copy documents as needed.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirement :

  • Diploma holder from an a well-recognized TVET College with at least Level 3 qualification.

Secretary Requirements:

  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Prior experience in administration would be advantageous
