The Manager supports the achievement of optimal operational efficiency through creating the right organizational design. He/she is also responsible to discharge conducting ground breaking high profile researches that impact remarkable improvement across all functions of the Bank’s operations. He/she leads organizational change initiatives and studies, and develops programs, etc. He/she is also responsible to coach and mentor supervisees, and develop plans and budget

Job Requirement

• Required Education and Experience: Master's in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with six (6) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at supervisory position; or, BA in Management, Economics, Accounting or related field, with six (8) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at supervisory position;
