Job Description

A Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in project planning,

resources, and information management to implement upcoming projects. Their main duties

include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in shareholder

meetings, and ensuring all deadlines for the pallidum project are met.


Project Overview: we work together with USAID and Palladium to create 1000 jobs and

sustain another 1000. Our training focuses on soft skills to improve the efficiency at work in

communication, goal setting, and other areas as it is important for the company.

One year contract with possible extension 

Responsibilities and duties

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study with a minimum of 4 years experience, MA in project management with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in MS office
