Job Description
Position Title: Export Officer
Hadero Coffee Company, sister company of JIH, engaged in coffee value addition sector since 2019 G.C. The company produce a high quality roasted and ground coffee for local and international market. Hadero coffee envision to be the African Global Coffee Brand in providing excellent product to exceed the consumers’ expectation. Now, Hadero is looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant position.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential buyer for export market and actively engage with them.
- Prepare export price quotation and other related documents for potential customer.
- Closely work with Banks, custom office, logistics companies and other parties to process value added coffee.
- Use the single window export platform to process the export and other related transaction.
- Process the essential export documents and send to customer and other concerned parties.
- Ensure that all export transaction are proceed as per the relevant regulation and also the internal financial procedures.
- Organize and maintain all export documents
- Facilitate the shipment of good through communicating with logistic companies and/or Ethiopian Cargo Division.
- Promptly respond to inquiries forward from customers.
- Closely work with transit companies for ensuring proper clearance for every product.
- ·Continuously communicate with the customer as to the successful delivery of the product and the feedback they have related with the product.
- Perform other related activities.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting or any other Business fields
Experience:
- 2+ years and above relevant experience
Additional Skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated team work and commitment to excellence
- Good time management
