Scope/Job purpose:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software building. Attention to detail and an analytical mind are essential qualities for a successful career in programming.

The goal is to design and build superior and innovative software by writing clean and flawless code.

Major/Key Responsibilities:

• Develop do file for the high-frequency check, back checks to maintain quality data
• Conduct high-standard programming for the given questionnaire with clear validation rules and logical flows.
• Conduct data cleaning, verification, tabulation, and analysis, 
• Provide training to the field staff on programming, software applications, and others
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• MSc Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering
• Experience: 5 years and above in developing web applications
• Ability to write clean code ensuring excellent technical quality
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Ability to work with or learn new tools, languages and technologies
• Good communication skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues
• Strong creative ability
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
