- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs on Forklifts, reach trucks.
- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on process systems such as pumps, compressors
- General understanding of Boiler operation and maintenance
- General understanding of HVAC, Chiller, D-dust, Hot water generator operation and maintenance
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies
- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings
- Maintaining water supply lines (plumbing skills, woodwork skills
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or National Diploma in Industrial Mechanics
- Processing & Packing Equipment’s experience is preferred
- Core Engineering Skills and manufacturing experience in Electrical disciplines with 3 years working experience in manufacturing setup
- Support report writing, data analysis and problem solving skill
- Experience of working as part of an extended team within the manufacturing sector
- Proven analytical skills
