Job Description
Assist and participate in performing effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems, applications and related infrastructure. Participates in the system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Performs other responsibilities including establishing new user accounts, assigning privileges, and maintaining system security, troubleshooting system and software problems.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge on core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, DNS, MS Exchange, SharePoint
- Knowledge on database management systems
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines.
