RFP Objectives
First Consult is an Ethiopia-based management consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of private sector development projects. For the past 15 years, our firm has worked to strategize and implement solutions, while building partnerships among a broad range of public and private sector actors to support the nation’s economic advancement. Our vision is to enhance realization of Ethiopia’s potential for investment and economic development by working as a trusted business partner to the private sector, government, and international development community.
First Consult is looking to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning system to replace manual processes for current Finance, Payroll, HR, Contracting and Project Budget processes to meet future operational initiatives.
First Consult is seeking a partner that provides thought leadership in improving existing business processes digitally by implementing a new system that is flexible, easy to support and use and that can be integrated to related systems.
