We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven sales talent that will be the face of the company. Our client is an International FMCG looking for young graduates with passion for its products and ability to sell. The candidate will be required to have very good knowledge of Addis Ababa.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the first contact person and the ‘face’ of the Company
- Build sound customer relationships with distributors and direct consumers
- Liaising with teams to resolve queries & complaints within the expected timelines
- Having a thorough understanding of the Customers in his own territory
- Ensure product availability in all registered outlets in the sales system
- Achieving and daily follow-up on agreed sales targets
- Execution of weekly activation plans to build brand equity and to achieve set targets
- On-time submission of planned activations, and reporting of previous week’s activities
- Attending meetings, sales events, and training to keep up with the latest business developments
- Properly utilizing sales systems to ensure effective recording and reporting of data
- Updating customer database with the latest & correct Customer information
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized Institute.
Experience
- 0 Experience required.
- However, any work experience as Salesperson (may not be industry related) is a plus.
- High level of integrity and passion for selling
Language
- Fluency in Amharic and English language. Knowledge of any other foreign or local language Is a plus
- Applicants are expected to have driving license Grade 2 and above.
