Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT or similar
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant work experience; experience working in a school setting in an admissions department a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong customer service skill; maintenance of high-quality customer care
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills; Calendar and appointment management
  • Ability to pay particular attention to detail and possess excellent follow-up skills
  • Act as first and continual point of contact for prospective families
  • Strong professional writing skills, and excellent oral communication skills in both English and Amharic
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
