JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Identifying market trends and implementing them to generate sales. Ensure regular machine maintenance.
• Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Implementing plans and strategies regarding sales, schemes, events offers, and
• discounts.
• Ensure seamless communication amongst all departments of the company.
• Motivating as well as managing employees to boost sales.
• Recruiting, hiring and training, and evaluating all staff performance management.
• Quality control of all company products in all branches.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance in the company.
• Ensuring that the shop is within budget and identifying ways to reduce waste and operational costs.
• Resolving customer complaints regarding product quality and customer service.
• Suggesting new menu items and recipes based on customer feedback.
• Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
• Interview and orientation of new staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the company background, program, and values
• Vast knowledge in coffee from seed to cup and coffee machines and grinder maintenance
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills, trustworthiness, patience, and efficiency
• Excellent time management skills
• The candidate must be at least 5 years of barista experience out of which 3 years in Team leader or supervisor experience in branded or specialty coffee shops
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Fluency in the English language is required
