Essential Function
- Ensure that the store is kept clean, organized and secure.
- Receive items based on the purchase order and contracts
- Issue materials as per budget and approval.
- Arrange items properly
- Classifies inventories
- Keep a record of Good received and issued in the store
- Inform stock balance on time
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
- Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
- Raise purchase requisitions
- Keep documentation of materials and supplies received and issued
- Prepare related reports.
- Responsible for all stokes in the store.
- Responsible for Proper distribution of materials
- Ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
- Conduct inventory counting
- Put on an tag in a fixed assets
- Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in Store Keeper and facility management preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant junior officer position.
