Job Description

Essential Function

  • Ensure that the store is kept clean, organized and secure.
  • Receive items based on the purchase order and contracts
  • Issue materials as per budget and approval.
  • Arrange items properly
  • Classifies inventories
  • Keep a record of Good received and issued in the store
  • Inform stock balance on time
  • Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
  • Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
  • Raise purchase requisitions
  • Keep documentation of materials and supplies received and issued
  • Prepare related reports.
  • Responsible for all stokes in the store.
  • Responsible for Proper distribution of materials
  • Ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
  • Conduct inventory counting
  • Put on an tag in a fixed assets
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirement

  • BA Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in Store Keeper and facility management preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant junior officer position.
