Job Description
Job Summary
Plan, coach and coordinate the activities of the branch. Motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. Participate in development, expansion and management of customer and business relationships within the branch, concentrating efforts in meeting customer needs.
Job Requirement
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business management, Banking and Finance with a minimum of 5 years experiences in banking of which 2 years in Banking operation supervisory position
Place of Work : Addis Ababa, & surrounding areas
