• Control of the recruitment, hiring, compensation, and performance management of factory employees.
• Developing budgets and revenue projections and ensuring that they are met.
• Full ownership of profit and loss accounts..
• Reviewing key employees’ progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory statutes.
• Mentoring employees and developing their capabilities..
• Directing and controlling the financial position of the company.
• Reporting regularly the factory operational progress of the factory to the respective higher level officials to the HQ.
• Monitoring the development team’s progress on improving the application.
• Providing day to day leadership for the project team staff.
• Overseeing daily the optimum utilization of the factory resources and produce the required report.
• Growing the customer base and revenue of the factory products
• Establishing an economic partnerships with the local business organizations.
• Introducing new innovations and ideas to further improve the factory business operation.
• Establishing an effective marketing network in the regions.
• Interacting with local media to enhance a positive image of the factory products.
•  Liaise with the local government offices for the proper support of maintaining a healthy business environment.

Job Requirements

• MSc or BSc Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other relevant fields
• A minimum of 8/10 years relevant experience for MSc/BSc respectively. Experience in manufacturing sector is mandatory.
• Basic computer application, planning, leading, organizing, Analytical & Research and Reporting skill
