MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make calls and service requests from customers
• Contact the nearest or soonest available driver and direct them to the client
• Log all service requests and dispatches
• Ensure we are in compliance with all labor regulations
• Relay billing information to our invoicing department

Job Requirements

Requirement

• Diploma/Level 4 in Auto Mechanic, Logistics or related field of study from recognized collage/TVTE.

Relevant Minimum work Experience

• 2 years and above relevant experience and Computer skill & GPS-readable is required.
