Sansheng Pharmaceutical PLC (SSP) is the Largest Pharmaceutical Foreign Direct Investment in Ethiopia and GMP certified company for the manufacturing of Solid and Liquid Pharmaceuticals dosage forms in Ethiopia. which was established and started production in 2018 at Dukem Eastern Industry Park. Currently SSP produces more than 60 types of essential medicines in the form of tablet, capsule, small volume injectable ampules and large volume infusions, and export is under preparation process to Earning the Hard currency. Currently Sansheng pharmaceutical plc seeks the following qualified and experienced individuals for QA Pharmacist position.

Job Description Responsibilities;

  • Assist the production workshop manager to supervise and follow up the development and review of routine /daily production plans.
  • Regularly inspect the standardized management of the production site, and supervise the rectification in place.
  • Provide and manage man power in responsible area to match with productivity.
  • Responsible for GMP implementation and product quality, supervise the implementation of GMP specifications, and monitor the factors that affect product quality.
  • Supervise and inspect the implementation of production tasks and do a good job of coordination.
  • Train and coach both line leaders and operators to follow strict GMP.
  • Ensure on the job training for line leaders and operators in order to improve worker ‘skills.
  • Provide deviation report, OOS report and investigation report within the required time
  • Ensure calibration of equipment, instrument at established timelines. No overdue and calibration tag available.
  • Ensure cleanliness of workshops.
  • Revise and update SOP for manufacturing activity and concerned area.
  • Maintain tools and coding change parts in good condition.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications;

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Having cGMP training. 
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Pharmacy from recognized university.
