Our customer, Hidaya Development Association, is currently implementing a project on citizen- state engagement with the support of the CSSP2 program and it is seeking to appoint a project manager assigned with the following duties. The goal of the project is to realize engagement within and between civil society organizations, the government and the communities towards discharging their respective responsibilities of service provision and utilization and respecting, promoting and protecting human rights.

The social worker will

• Oversee specific project activities and report to the project coordinator
• Responsible for implementation of specific project  under operation 
• Responsible for preparing activity reports on regular basis to project coordinator
• Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work consultants and volunteers in the project
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information
• Visiting clients and assessing their needs
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
• Participating in training supervision and meeting
• Actively participating in ongoing training as needed
• Willing to cooperate with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

Job Requirements

Qualification: degree or diploma in social work; sociology or any related field

Experience: 2 year proven experience as a social worker and working with community
