Job Summary
Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product. Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. Sales Supervisor should train, leads and control the sales Force of the factory and feel comfortable escalating us solved problem and customer feedback to the managers.

- Analyze market need and suggest professional recommendations
- Organize and coordinate sales representative’s schedules.
- Train new sales representatives necessary for the position
Detail Responsibilities
- Implement a Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and annual sales Achievement according to the plan.
- Sales Supervisor must understand company objective passed leader ship abilities and work with team business serves to produce desirable sales results.
- Work with customers related to create awareness about the products & take feedback about the product.
- Sales supervisor is responsible for developing a profitable and productive sales force (Sales person, Sales clerk, sales truck driver, sales Helper)
- Build on effective staff starts with hiring the right sales employees.
- Supervisor may work with the human resource department to attract candidates and the final hiring decisions made by sales manager with the hiring committee.
- Sales supervisor must ensure employees receive quality training to produce the most effective sales team.
- Sales Supervisor must monitor employee performance & deliver constructive criticism when necessary.
- Sales Supervisor Improving employee sales abilities by giving on the Job training.
- Sales Supervisor must develop and deliver innovative sales tactics for employee use.
- Sales Supervisor should monitoring employee force performance and providing feedback, Sales Supervisor must take an active role in managing sales force.
- Sales Supervisor may participate and must implement departmental policies, sales objective and procedure for their respective departments as per the company policy, sales objective & procedure.
- Supervise and control the overall activities of the sales people in the field haw to deliver how to handle, create, and communicate with their customer.
- Sales Supervisor must handle customer complaints and work directly with customer to resolve outstanding issue
Other Deliverable
- Follow the policy, procedures and code of practices set up by food safety system management
- Perform related and other tasks assigned by the immediate Manager.

Job Requirements
- BA degree in Pharmaceuticals or any other Business Fields
- 4 year progressive Sales experience in which 2 years at supervisory level
- Preferable experience in sales on Pharmaceuticals or Medical and Medical Equipment’s
