PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is implementing the Ethiopia Migration Programme (EMP), a UK-funded programme to make migration safer and protect would-be migrants and refugees from unsafe irregular migration through and from Ethiopia.

Reporting To: Programme Director, Ethiopia Migration Programme (EMP)
Direct Reports: Mentorship Coordinator, Resilience and Integration Coordinator (x2-3)
Start of Contract & Duration: 12 Months
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Component Lead (Resilience and Integration) will oversee the design, development and rollout of the resilience and integration component of the program. Under the supervision of the Programme Director, the Component Lead will be responsible for designing, contextualizing and managing the delivery of the activities under his/her portfolio. As a key member of the program delivery unit, the CL will coordinate with the members of the programme management and field team in the delivery of the program activities. Furthermore, the CL oversees the work of technical experts (mentorship coordinator, and resilience and integration coordinators) under his/her supervision.
