Job Description

Sansheng Pharmaceutical PLC (SSP) is the Largest Pharmaceutical Foreign Direct Investment in Ethiopia and GMP certified company for the manufacturing of Solid and Liquid Pharmaceuticals dosage forms in Ethiopia. which was established and started production in 2018 at Dukem Eastern Industry Park. Currently SSP produces more than 60 types of essential medicines in the form of tablet, capsule, small volume injectable ampules and large volume infusions, and export is under preparation process to Earning the Hard currency. Currently Sansheng pharmaceutical plc seeks the following qualified and experienced individuals for QA Pharmacist position.

Job Description Responsibilities;

  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures under Warehouse
  • Initiate and implement all cGMP requirement under pharmaceutical warehouse (Sanitation and hygiene, material management, training, environmental monitoring, paste and rodent control, warehouse status labeling).
  •  Maintain all cGMP and other related records.
  •  Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
  • keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Prepare annual budget.
  • Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results of staffs under him/her.   
  • Receive feedback from internal and external customer and monitor the quality of services provided.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications;

  • Diploma in pharmacy with more than 8 years of Proven work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing company Warehouse Supervision.
  • Having Adequate knowledge of cGMP related to pharmaceutical warehouse practice
  • Adequate knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Having adequate compute skills and experience with warehouse management
