Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields and at least three (3) years of Treasury operation experience.
Competency and specification:(knowledge, skill and abilities)
- Strong ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Well organized and efficient
- Good interpersonal skill
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Take initiative and set priorities
- Ability to realize the ongoing business dynamism of banking industry
- Acting with integrity
- Flexible and adapt to new business needs
- Proven commitment towards the bank’s vision and mission
- Understand and implement the Bank’s code of conduct and ethics
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of bank accounting and Hijra Bank procedures
- Knowledge in service marketing
