Job Description

  • § Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records.
  • § Collects and organize data with regard to human resource management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
  • § Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters.
  • § Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment.
  • § Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
  • § Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods.
  • § Distributes employees’ performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and compiles the result.
  • § Performs registration of applicants and preliminary screening.
  • § Assist the facilitation of learning & development programs.
  • § Follow the company grooming and uniform management guidelines are adhered.
  • § Encodes personal data into computer.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Business Management or Management or Human Resource Management or related field of studies.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate commendably
  • Proven skill in basic computer and writing
  • Good understanding of labor law
