A.A Region sales Manager Job Description
- Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, monitoring, monitoring and supervising the sale of the company's Juice and Snack product in Addis Ababa
- Prepare the sales plan for the fiscal year by size, type and price based on Stock’s demand for sales and sales of Addis Ababa sales agents
- Properly execute sales by coming directly to the factory's hiring site and accepting customers who purchase the product and meet the appropriate sales formula;
- Facilitate the possibility of daily sales of bank accounts
- Distributing production before the sale of Addis Ababa sales Outlets is being monitored and sales are interrupted
- periodically review the sales activities of agents, sales routes and Outlets;
- Report on performance of Addis Ababa's Juice and Sank Production Sales

Job Requirements
Requirement
- BA Degree in Marketing, Marketing Administration, Management or related field of study from recognized University.
Relevant Minimum work Experience
- 7 Years relevant experience out of which 3 years as division head or equivalent in manufacturing companies such as food & Beverage industries. Specifically, experience on bottled water, soft drinks, juice, and snack. Products are highly encouraged.
