- ደመወዝና ለሎች ጥቅማ ጥቅሞች በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የደመወዝ ስኬል መሠረት ነው፣
- ሴት አመልካቾች ይበረታታሉ፣
- የሥራ ቦታ የሚገኘው በሲ/ብ/ክ/ መንግስት በዳዩ ከተማ ከሀዋሳ 130 ኪ/ሜ ርቀት ላይ ነው፡፡
