Job Description

  • Comply with regulations, confidentiality and take care of all administrative files;
  •  Provide administrative support to the BME staff
  •  Making weekly and monthly report to line manager
  •  Preparing paperwork, organizing, anticipating and facilitating applications for work permit and residence ID
  • Preparing application letters for governmental or private offices.
  • Follow up on payments, make sure all payments are made on time as well as all payments to be received
  • Participate to the monitoring & the follow up of expiry dates of foreigner documentations, local contracts, company vehicle papers, insurance documents and all other documents
  •  Improve business efficiency where money is concerned and suggest ways to reduce costs
  • Maintain records and the classification of in/outgoing correspondence
  • Provide records management support to the teams, including the tracking, tracing and creating of electronic and paper files
  • Prepare, follow up & finalize purchase as per the company procedure
  • Contacting, negotiating and confirming orders with suppliers
  • Follow-up on company assets, preparing handover forms and making sure every document is signed
  • Ensures operation of equipment by preventive maintenance, calling for repairs …
  • Assist management organizing travels, accommodation, workshops or any other event
  • Organizing company events: travels, accommodations, meeting organization, welcoming guests on arrival…
  • Organizing purchase of monthly office supplies and stationery materials, maintains inventory, verifies receipt of supplies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Assist in training staff members & new hired, activities related to the company’s core services  

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field of study with minimum 3 years of experience on Admin areas.
