Job Description

Major Duties

  • Respond to mail and calls from customers
  • Advise on products to trade account customers
  • Proper follow up of Sales order and sales documentation
  • Timely mange billing of invoices from the ERP system and cash register machine;
  • Timely raise sales orders and update billing of materials in real time in the ERP system
  • Follow up of Export Process, Document Status and Documentation
  • Import Export Documentation and Preparation of PFIs - Preparation of purchase orders and proforma invoices and submit for review
  • Recording sales transactions on the system
  • Handling Petty Cash transactions - Maintain petty cash under custody, check supporting documents for petty cash payments requests are made in line to Sika polies and procedure before effect payment and request for replenishment
  • And others

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Accounting/ Management / Marketing or related fields

Experience:

  • with 3 to 5 years’ experience as a customer service basically on handling sales orders and sales invoicing, experience in using cash register machine or ERP software is a plus
