Job Responsibilities

Core Purpose

Effective application and sharing of knowledge and experience to optimize availability of production machines and associated equipment.

• Planned Maintenance - play an active role in the mechanical maintenance of the IS machines and associated hot end equipment within his area of responsibility
• Fault Finding - integrated with electrical or electronic equipment, the IS machines and associated mechanical machines, mechanisms, and equipment within his area of responsibility.
• Training - responsible to train the fitters and artisans working in his area of responsibility with the goal to constantly improve their skill levels and knowledge of their jobs.
• Continuous Improvements and Innovations - expected to participate in developing new techniques to improve the efficiency of the service provided by the Machine Services department.
• Projects - tasked to participate in projects from time to time forming part of a team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• TVET Level 4 or its equivalent in general mechanics, Auto mechanics or related mechanical field of study.
• At least 4 years’ and above related experience in manufacturing industries.
