Qualification and Experience 

• Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
• 2 years and above work experience in hotel and related fields.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Control the ordering, purchasing, and issuing of food and beverage goods
• Manage and oversee storeroom and inventory
• Accurate reporting of inventory data.
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
• Design attractive menus.
• Develop a relationship with regular customers.
• Follow food and safety regulations.
• Order food supplies for the kitchen.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service.
• Assist with marketing events.
• Create restaurant policies.
