Infinity Advanced Technology Solutions P.L.C. (IATS) is a leading medical equipment distributor and technical service provider in Ethiopia. Currently the company needs to hire a qualified personnel for the following vacancy:
Job Title: Technical Manager (Druggist, Pharmacist)
Job Summary:
The Technical Manager is responsible for smooth operation of medical supplies and medical equipment storage, maintain proper update inventory and prepare regular reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Technical Manager is responsible for safe and proper storage and supply of medical supplies and medical equipment of the company.
- Together with the logistic section hand over all medical supplies and medical equipment and check for their accuracy.
- Identify and report problems that interferes the delivery of services
- Ensure safe clean and proper storage of all medical supplies and other medical equipment within the ware house.
- Maintain proper storage and update inventory / stock cards.
- Prepare and submit monthly activity report to immediate supervisor
- Carry out any other task as assigned by supervisor
- Make sure that the medical supplies arranged according to expiry date
- Inventory of stock on regular basis & recording of its result in stock cards
- Monitoring of medical supply quality & expiration date.
- Checking of stock cards accuracy regularly
- Designing of stock according to standards
- Prevention of supply spoilage by internal & external factors
- Understanding of minimum maximum stock level.
- Regular checking of stock compound & reporting of missed issues
- Proper arrangement of supply in stock
- Ensure proper ventilation and optimum temperature and maintain documentation in the store
- Checking of fire extinguisher every three month
- Control of cleanliness of stock on daily basis
Job Requirements
Education: BSc Degree in Pharmacy
Experience: Minimum three years
