Duties and responsibilities include:-
- Assists the academic units in executing strategies and plans for online learning and continuing education programs that promote the overall college’s strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty staff in the development of curriculum for online delivery
- Handles all online students’ inquiries regarding classes, enrollment, financial aid/student accounts, etc.
- Collects, organize, and tracks all documentation associated with the assessment of online instruction.
- Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
