Job Description

On behalf of our client Novis PLC, we are looking for an HR Manager to join their team.

About the Company

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage around 150 employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• manage the recruitment and selection process

• support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

• nurture a positive working environment

• maintain pay plan and benefits program

• ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Salary & Benefit

10,000-20,000 Net Salary per month

• 5-10 years proven working experience in HR positions including HR Manager (managerial positions)
