- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ዓይነትና የሥራ ልምድ: ከ8ኛ ክፍል በላይ ሆኖ የፌደራል 5ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለውና በፈሳሽ ጭነት 1/አንድ/ ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው ወይም የፈሳሽ 2/ሁለት/ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው ሆኖ በፈሳሽ ጭነት ከባድ መኪና ከነተሳቢው ላይ በሾፌርነት 1/አንድ/ ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ የስራ ልምድ ያለው
