JOB Summary
Controls, Supervises and coordinates the activities of the security guards make sure the security of the companies is properly maintained. Follows up the daily operations of all guards, timely report of security cases for immediate action.
BASIC DUTLES AND RESPONSIBLITYES
- Supervises and controls the duties of all guards and make sure that they are equipped with the necessary weapons and uniform.
- Makes sure that the company and its staff are well secured.
- Identifies means of control to overcome any security problem and follows up its implementation when approved.
- Prepares proper and efficient work schedule for guards and strictly observes its implementation.
- Receives (if any) from incoming costumers firearms or any other weapon, provides cards that certifies he/she received; and return their belongings upon return.
- Reports any unusual incidents immediately.
- Sees to it that all fire hazards and security major violations are duly reported to the concerned official.
- Sees to it that no unauthorized into the premise of the work area is made.
- Always be on guard at the assigned place and time.
- Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Employment Type – Contract for 3 Month Renew based on performance
