Provide management and leadership for all production activity that involves managing resources like people, machines and materials to deliver the maximum possible output with the right quality at the desired time to ensure company maximizes on the sales volume based on S&OP plan.

Execute production as plan as per agreed SOP volumes.

·       Analyzed daily actual production output with installed capacity.

·       Ensured the quality and quantity of products meet expectation.

·       Conduct Root cause analysis on all deviations against planned and installed capacity

·       Corrective action implemented immediately to ensure maximized capacity utilization.

·       Coach Line technicians & operators in maintenance and operation of equipment.

Ensured all requirements are incorporated in SAP as per production schedule.

·       Ensure optimal people productivity as per planned volume and capacity.

Job Requirements

o  BSC in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related field of study.

o  Minimum 6 years’ experience in an FMCG industry out of which two years in Team Leader or equivalent capacity
