MSc or BSc Degree in Agriculture, Science, Engineering or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Logistics & Operations: Oversee transportation and distribution of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness, optimized inventory, and streamlined processes. Monitor performance and improve logistics efficiency through data analysis. - Stakeholder Management: Engage with researchers and research assistants at EIAR, as well as local community leaders and farmers, to implement early trials (and then, later, expansion) and then to ensure compliance with Mati protocols and government regulations as we expand.
