Job Description
Purpose:
Performs maintenance and repair of utility equipment and systems to ensure that the equipment functions correctly including pumps, pipelines, water meters, hydrants, fans, electric motors, blowers, valves, speed reducers, hoists, pneumatic systems, electrical and electronic systems.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintenance and repair of utility equipment and systems including pumps, pipelines, water meters, hydrants, fans, electric motors, blowers, valves, speed reducers, hoists, pneumatic systems, electrical and electronic system.
- Uses mechanical screening equipment to identify and service water and/or waste leaks in all factory area.
- Maintains, overhauls and repairs heating and cooling units and their auxiliary equipment including motors, water and oil pumps, air compressors, pressure reducing valves, feed water regulators, pipes, etc.
- Determining work methods and procedures, providing advanced assistance to the specific request from different departments.
- Support the development of all safety initiatives within the factory.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Diploma in general mechanics/ Level 4 & 5 or BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University.
Work experience:
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Intermediate English, both written and spoken
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, etc.…)
- Being results and deadline driven
