Job Description

Boston Partners PLC would like to invite a qualified candidate for Chief Financial Officer “CFO” position.

Job Role:

  • Oversees all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, and tax and audit functions.
  • Directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with Business Unit GM’s, Operations Directors, and CEO
  • Supervises Budget and cash flow of construction projects and new investment
  • Studies, analyzes and reports on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.

Expected Expertise:

  • Must be aware about Ethiopian tax compliance.
  • Practical knowledge of Corporate financial management.
  • Should have knowledge of IFRS Guidelines.
  • Good command over financial software
  • Experienced in MIS

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8, preferably 10, years’ experience in a senior role.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
  • Experienced in handling a team or working as a part of a team
  • Can work individually
  • Hospitality industry work experience is a plus
