Job Summery
The Digital Innovation Officer is responsible for assisting in the creation of the innovation framework, which includes the generation, selection and implementation of value adding ideas for digital business. He/she also assists in instilling products and services beyond the traditional banking to develop new services and business models.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience
Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience on similar roles.
Required Technical Competency
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank as well as events in fast-paced markets
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of digital advancements
- Good knowledge of banking regulations
- Understand dynamics of new business models
