Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Operate Mobile Money products, plan operation activities, and support project operation and success.
- Guide and participate in the implementation strategy and delivery of the Mobile Money operation solution, and take responsibility for the success of key projects in the industry/region.
- Summarize and promote Mobile Money operation experience, improve frontline industry operation service delivery capabilities, and guide regional delivery
- English can be used as the working language
Job Requirement
Qualification and Experience
- Undergraduate
- 3+ years Operation work experience
Professional Knowledge *
- Strong communication, expression, and promotion capabilities, logical thinking and empathy, and deep understanding of user requirements
- Have junior-level business experience and lead or participate in project operation planning and continuous improvement
- Be familiar with the basic knowledge of Huawei service products and delivery. Be able to deeply understand business and accurately identify project risks.
- Have systematic thinking and have good planning, communication, business understanding, and organization promotion capabilities.
- Familiar with financial products or services is preferred; background in carrier operation and software technologies is preferred
Business Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills, interpersonal connection and teamwork skills, and strong sense of responsibility
- Summarize and promote Mobile Money operation experience, improve frontline industry operation service delivery capabilities, and guide regional delivery.
