• BA in Human Resource Management, Management

Work Experience 

• 4 years as a senior human capital officer or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the Banking industry or 2 years as head human capital business partner section or equivalent or 10 years relevant experience.

Work Units

• Hibert Bank S.C North West office Bahir Dar, South West District Adama, East District Adama, and 

Salary

• As per the Banks scale
