Responsibility Description

• Participate in the development of partner business planning and management policies in the corresponding domain.
• Independently take charge of partner development and management in a specific domain and partner joint marketing activities to achieve partners' business objectives in the responsible domain.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships with CXOs of high-level and medium-level partners or common channel partners, and promote multi-faceted cooperation between the two parties

Job Requirements

Professional Knowledge

• Have a certain understanding of the enterprise business and partner business.
• Basic knowledge of IT and CT products.
• Have frontline experience, communicate with customers, or have project delivery experience preferred.

Business Skills

• Have general knowledge of ICT services.
• Have the learning ability, proactive, strong communication ability, good team sense, and organization coordination ability, and be able to undertake responsibilities and pressure.
• Be proactive and motivated, and be willing to challenge yourself.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Competitors and related experience are preferred.（Cisco/HP/DELL）

Education and Major requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication engineering and computer science. 5 years experience in ethiotelecom 

Language Skill

• English fluently
