Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Salesmanship or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales. - Assist in creating marketing campaigns to promote listings and attract clients. - Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction. - Handle escalated client issues or complaints professionally. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. - Oversee the sales reports and performance metrics. - Evaluate the performance of team members and recommend improvements or disciplinary actions.
